Great! We'd just purchased the house and the inspector called out the need for a plumber to check out what appeared to be a faulty pipe leading from the guest room. We knew we wanted it repaired soon after moving in and were happy that American was so responsive.

Jason was fast efficient and friendly. He checked the tap. Told me it needed new stems and heads. Happened to have a faucet on hand if I didn't want to wait for him to get the parts to the 50-year-old faucet. I didn't. He put in a new faucet that was commercial grade that went really well with the look of the house. My husband approved of it because it was large and utilitarian and shiny (and also very attractive). And when you turned it off, by golly, water stopped coming out.

Very well....initially we were frustrated by the loss of water pressure...we are both cooks and entertain frequently BUT this was no fault of Jason's. We really appreciated Jason returning to our home that Friday evening....there was nothing he could do but we were comfortable that if he could have alleviated the water pressure issue for us, he definitely would have. He was on his way to a hockey game with some of the folks from work so I hope we did not make them late. We purchased a new faucet that weekend and had Jason put it in. He redid all of the waterlines beneath our sink and everything works beautifully. When the Hans Groehe replacement faucet came in, Jason came out to install it and we are very happy with the outcome. Everything works well now and if something should happen again to this faucet, we now own a backup that can be installed at a moments notice (providing we can get Jason here that quickly!)

I had a split pipe with water spraying out. I called my used to be regular plumber and they told me they couldn't send anyone that day. Yikes I thought, and checked Angie's. I found American Plumbing with their excellent reviews. Not only could they send someone the same day, but when Jason ran a little late, he called me to tell me. Then of course he came and the pipe was fixed. I am so pleased. My home is an older (1961) mid century and I frequently need to update some of the original features. I now have a new "regular" plumbing service. Jason was very nice, explained everything and most importantly, fixed the problem.

Installed kitchen faucet & soap dispenser (not included in price, I had purchased already), garbage disposal switch (parts included in price), installed new wash basin/faucet in basement (parts included in price). They were great! I was able to schedule within a few days of when I placed the original call. I hadn't purchased all the parts because I wasn't sure what was needed, so Jason had to come back a week later with the washbasin and the garbage disposal switch. I'd totally recommend them to anyone needing a quality job done quickly and with no hassle.

Excellent. Tony got a plumber to my house within a few hours of my call and was able to nail down the arrival time so that I could limit the amount of work I needed to miss. The plumber, Mike, arrived promptly. He was very comfortable to work with and very professional. Mike fixed the problem very quickly and his workmanship was impeccable. Prior to his leaving he patiently showed me how to drain the line in the Winter so that I could remain worry free. In addition to great work, their solution to the problem was simple and cost effective. Thank you APS. This is my second positive experience with APS and I will undoubtedly call them again for future plumbing needs.
